This site was developed primarily on Opera 9.64 with a full color monitor running in 800 X 600 resolution. It is meant to re-size for other screen resolutions, and the colors should work in lower resolution modes as well (at least to the point of being readable).
No special plug-ins are used. Alt tags for graphics, where appropriate, are provided for the benefit of users using only textual browsers such as Lynx.
