The ITCM SS incorporates clevis and unique rod end ball joint assemblies to reduce the overall length to less than half of the traditional tension cell mounts, while providing correct load alignment. In addition the load cell is completely electrically isolated from stray currents, which are a major cause of load cell failure. To complete the design a bonding strap connects the two clevis assemblies to further provide safety to your load cells.
3 and 4 module kits are available with 100, 150, 250, 500, 750,1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 2,500, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 lb. capacity per module. Includes 3 or 4 RL-20,000 nickel plated alloy steel load cells and ITCM assemblies, 1-JB4SS NEMA 4X stainless steel signal trim junction box and 25 ft. of EL147HE Hostile Environment load cell cable. Single mounts with load cell are available.
